New problem after installing SP2: When I open an e-mail to read, everything
works. When I try to close the e-mail, I get a Microsoft error message with
a request to send a report. This happens each time I try to close an e-mail.
If I go off-site to a remost web mail location, I can operate normally.

Also, None of my outgoing e-mails are being sent. They are all stuck in the
outbox.

HELP! I had a contract service here to fix everything, but he could not
ascertain what is going on.

Thanks,
debindeed

You need to ask this question in an outlook newsgroup. Also, in your post,
specify the version and revision level (e.g., None, SP1, SP2, or SP3) of your
installed Outlook app.

FWIW, if you're running Outlook 2000 or newer there is a Detect and Repair
feature built-in. Read about it in Outlook's help before using it because it
reverts many settings to their default status.
