I have four computers with outlook all answering mail. Currently we have to
ask each other if they answered a particular e-mail. Under Yahoo mail we
could all sign on and see what each person had answered and look at their
answers.
What can i do in outlook to accomplish the same thing? Please Help.

You *had* Yahoo which only provides POP mail service. For all of you to
see the same incoming messages, and assuming you were using a local
e-mail client and not all using the webmail client to the same Yahoo
account, you must have had Outlook configured to "leave messages on
server". The default behavior of POP is to retrieve and delete
messages. You can configure Outlook to do just the retrieve and omit
the delete.

As for what you have now, you didn't say, like what mail server you now
all use.
