Ok here'smy delima, How do I use one user id on my laptop and have another
user use the same user id and use outlook with their information in it. is
there a way to switch between users on outlook itself and not have to make
another user id?

You can set up a second Mail Profile. With Outlook closed do Control
Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add.
Just be aware you need to close outlook to change profiles - you can't
switch "identities" like you could in OE....
