How does a person change the send/recieve so it automaticly starts when you
click on your outlook?
 
Depends on your Outlook version, mail account type,and connection type--none
of which you specified.
 
Thanks for responding so fast. Sorry about the lack of info. What I have for
my Outlook version is Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625).My account type is through
cable on a Road Runner account.If this is not what you need please reply.

Should be simple then since you've already set up a LAN connection. Just
establish an automatic polling interval in Tools > Send/Receive >
Send/Receive settings > Define Send/Receive Groups.
Note: do not set an interval less than 10-15 minutes.
