Outlook

Hello,

Everytime i click on a hyperlink on a web page to send an
email, Outlook Express comes up when my default email
program is Outlook. I have selected Outlook under the
program tab in Internet Options, but this still happens.
any ideas?

If you are not using outlook Express at all, you might wanna consider unistalling it
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, Remove Windows components and UNcheck Outlook Express

That way, the only e-mail program available for launch will be Outlook
