Help me, please. When I send mails with some attaches, or
when I receive mails, the outlook denies the attaches
access (insecure attaches). What can I do?

A registry entry lets you customize the list of blocked files in Outlook 2002. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm#ol2002 for links to info and tools. That page also lists the options available for earlier versions.

However, a better solution if you're the one sending, is to compress the files into a .zip attachment with a tool like WinZip.
