First - Outlook (95, 97, 2000, XP or 2003) or Outlook Express?
Secondly - Your password is changed where?
Outlook/Outlook Express normally checks your email from a server. That
server is where your email username/password information is actually stored.
Outlook/Outlook Express has had that information entered into it by you at
some point. If you change your server password (in whatever means you would
do that) - then you need to change the corresponding password in
Outlook/Outlook Express.
You may be able to change this through the Control Panel -> Mail method. I
think the process will be obvious if you have the option to do so in control
panel. If you have no idea what I am talking about or which password was
changed or which version of Outlook/Outlook Express you use - then perhaps
you should get someone you know to come look at it in person with you.
