I recieved an mdp file through my outlook , & its ablocked file from Microsoft Outlook , is there anyway to read that file from the outlook??

I am not an Expert in using Outlook (they participate in the Outlook newsgroups).
But the way I understand the following KB Articles .mdb attachments are classified as
Level 1 ("Unsafe"). This means that even though the attachments are not actually
removed from the email message, you cannot save, delete, open, print, or otherwise
manipulate these "unsafe" files using Outlook.

To access Level 1 attachments have the sender post the attachment to a Network or
Internet Site. Or have the sender package the attachment using software that uses
..zip or .cab file name extensions (so it is not treated as a Level 1 attachment).
Or, if you are absolutely certain the attachment is safe, use Outlook Express to
import the message and gain access through that program.
