Trying to understand the product. We currently use IMail
as our e-mail system. We like this because we can access
it from any computer and if we open an e-mail on one
computer we can read it and then access the same e-mail
later from another computer. As I understand it the e-
mail is stored on the server of the individual who hosts
our e-mail.

With Outlook can we have have the same ability to access
e-mail from different locations or once opened on one
computer it cannot be accessed from another computer?

Ed,
Yes, you can access e-mail from multiple computers if you configure your
outlook to leave a copy of the message on the server. Tools-> E-mail
Accounts->Properties -> Advanced Tab and check the option to "leave a copy
of a message on the server".
Hope this helps you.
C.
