is fine but when I return and then type it will double
space. If I want to write thanks then (enter) to get to
next line to type my name It will double space. How do I
stop this?????
Not necessary. If you look at the style of the e-mail it is probably set to
Paragraph (Format-> Style). Set it to Normal and an Enter will show up a
line break again.
Also note in Paragraph style;
Enter-> double space
SHIFT + Enter-> line break
