I'm confused.
I recently bought a new computer that came with Outlook XP. I successfully
imported my data into my personal folder.
When I write an e-mail, I can time a name in the To field and Outlook finds
it - no problem. But occasionally it claims it can't find the contact.
When I hit send I get a window that states Outlook can't find the contact.
I'm given a "Select Names" window where the contact is listed. Why is this
happening?
Second Question. I created another folder of contacts I keep separate from
my main contacts folder. When I try to send an e-mail to any of these
contacts, though, again Outlook XP can't find them. I'm brought to the
Select Names window, and can't see these contacts. In the list of available
"Show names from the" folders, it lists Outlook Address Book and Contacts -
but not my custom contact list. How do I get Outlook to recognize my custom
contact folder?
