Outlook 2002 does not have this option, 2003 does however.
There is an add-in, written by Outlook MVP Ken Slovak, called Attachment
Options. It will allow you to set a "read all as plain text option." It also
will allow you to set the level of security on all attachments you receive
to automatically let through, say .mdb files (Access Databases) but deny all
..scr (Screensavers that automatically install and are a great vector for
current viruses.).

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, neo asked:
| I know with Outlook Express one can choose to open all email as plain
| text. Is there any way to do this with Outlook XP for security?

| Thanks much
