I recently upgraded one of my users on the network to Windows XP Pro.
During that a file that used to be in her outlook account converted to
a file that stored all of her e-mails she had indiviually. How can
import these individual e-mails back into her Outlook Account?

well I've never heard THAT one before! What extension do these files have?

If you are talking about msg-files you can drag & drop them into the
mailfolder.
If you are talking about pst-files you can open them by using File-> Open->
Outlook Data File...

But why should an upgrade of the OS affect a pst file and change it to *.msg
files?
