Outlook XP :- Contact folder as adress book

I know that its possible to use a contact folder or public
folder as a "Address book". It's work.
Now the problem is:
In "Company public contact" there are 20000 contacts. Can
I filter that so the client view only FAX type or email
type address?

How I set in XP outlook to use the Compani contacts folder
as your default adress book?

Sorry for my english..I'm stufing :-)

No. Outlook will not filter a public folder address book.

To set the default address book, choose Tools | Address Book, then in the Address Book dialog Tools | Options.
