Outlook XP Calendar Reminder Default Time.

Even though the Default Time is set to 15 minutes in
Options, every time a user opens a new appointment in
Calendar, the Reminder time is set to 18 hours.

This image has all of the latest and greatest updates from
MS. Any help would be appreciated.
 
they are opening all day events and the reminder time is 18 hours - a
reminder at 11:45 pm is useless <g>
 
I see. Another case where MS helped me make an idiot of
myself.

I tested this, and the default for All Day events stayed
at 15 minutes until I loaded the last two security
patches. Then it changed to 18 hours. And then a user
complained, and I started looking for answers, and so on
and so on....
