I have a co-worker that we just installed Windows XP Pro with service
pack 2. They can access the Outlook Express, but they can't use the
Internet. Any suggestion would be helpfull.

I'm trying to work out how your question relates to
Windows XP hardware. When reposting, be a little
more specific. "They can't use the Internet" is far too
vague to be of any value.

Sorry for not being very informative, this is the info I got from them,
the system allows them to send and receive e-mail, but when they try to
access the Internet it gives them a blank page, I was wondering if it
is a bad DNS, I had them go into the Internet properties and set all
the web content to default level and Advanced, Restore Defaults, but no
luck.

Thanks

It seems I was insufficiently specific: You MUST post
your question in an Outlook or in a networking newsgroup
if you wish to attract the attention of the right respondents.
At the moment it's like you asking a carpenter for advice
on a toothache problem.
