Outlook workflow

It would be very nice if Outlook was more workflow oriented.

For example, if I have a task that is based on receiving information from
someone else and I receive an e-mail containing a partial response, there is
no easy way to transfer that e-mail into the task (in order to update the
task) without many mouse clicks. To enable this, Microsoft should add a menu
item that would be "Copy To Existing [task, calendar, journal entry, etc.]".

I can do it with about 4 mouse clicks (two of which are a double-click) and
a drag/drop. I'm not sure it would be a lot faster to do it with the menu
item only because you'd still have to navigate to find the proper task item
to copy into.
