Outlook/Word 2010 - default address book

In Word, when inserting an address from an Outlook contact list, using
the Address Book icon on the Quick Access Toolbar, is there a way to
change the default address book?

When we click on the Address Book icon in Word there is a drop down
list of available address books and the address book everyone uses
most frequently is halfway down the list. We'd like to be able to
change a setting so that particular address book is the default.

Is the address book that is set as the default in Word the same address book used as the default in Outlook? If so, then you will just change the default address setting in Outlook.

Is the address book list the same as in Outlook? If so, you can change
it in Outlook - see
