outlook doesnt seem to collect info from yahoomail or hotmail...
i mean i cant view my mail from either nor send emails..
You posted this question to a newsgroup dedicated to people's
questions about devising Forms in the database program Microsoft
Access.
You'll get much better support in a newsgroup supporting Outlook (such
as news://microsoft.public.outlook) or from Yahoo tech support. It may
not be possible since Yahoo mail is stored on Yahoo's servers, not in
the usual mail protocols.

Done, but be aware that this request is considered impolite. The
newsgroups are a volunteer public service, open to all; the people who
reply are volunteers, not paid to do so. We post for the public
benefit. If it's worth my while to answer, it should be worth your
while to come back to the newsgroup for the answer. Posting in an
appropriate newsgroup helps!
