outlook won't start because BCM is broken

I am in a vicious loop. BCM appears to have broken and now I can't start
Outlook. It keeps telling me BCM won't start. I've tried uninstalling BCM
and reinstalling and it doesn't fix it. HELP.

I finally got BCM uninstalled and I reinstalled Office Professional w/o
reinstalled BCM because I don't want issues with it. I do have ACT!
installed on this and I'm wondering if there is an issue related to ACT!
having some issues w/ .Net v 2 when syncing w/ a Palm. I have now
uninstalled .net v2 and have given up on BCM for the time being. Thank you
for your interest. If you have any comments re this note, I'd be interested
in hearing them.
