Hello,
I work for a small business and have been given the task of switching over
the computers from outlook express to outlook. On my computer, which is
running outlook 2000, everything is a dream. The other computers in the
office are running outlook 2002 and all get the same error that they cannot
send e-mail. When I run a test everything gets a check except sending an
email and gives an error of "cannot send test email".
What is strange is that my coworker's settings are nearly identical to my
own except that they are using outlook 2002 and I am using 2000. Also, each
of my coworkers can still use outlook express without issue.
I have contacted my ISP, verizon, which handles all of the outgoing mail.
Along with my company email carrier for incoming mail. They both claim it is
a problem with outlook because express will work. They have gone over my
settings in detail, so I don't think its anything in there (at least not
anything simple).
Any response would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul
