outlook won't remember passwords

every time I open outlook 2000 and send and revieve. I am
prompted for my user passwords, not the username. I put
them in and everything works fine until I close outlook
2000. and then I have to put the passwords in again

Good question, I have this same issue with Outlook 2002 except I can receive mail. It's when I try to send mail that it prompts me for my password again.

Hope we can both get this mystery solved.
