I'm using the latest Outlook from OfficeXP.

How do you create a second Calendar, ie for a team sport. I need to be able
to instantly switch from my Standard Family Calendar to the Team Calendar
and be able to update each individually.

Thanks in advance.

I don't have a File | New | Calendar. The icon that looks like a calendar
is actually for an appointment.
I think I figured it out. You have to bring up the advance tool bar. From
their, you can copy the calendar and paste it at another location. You can
then rename it and customize it all you want.

Where my problem come in is this. I want to save it as a web page and
export it into FrontPage for a web display. When I do a Save As A Web, it
combines my Team calendar with my Family Calendar therefore, everything gets
display. This is not what I want.

I think I have to create a completely new profile which creates its own PST
folder (the database).

Sorry, I must not have had enough coffee when I wrote that. I meant File |
New | Folder. Choose to make the folder one that holds appointment or
calendar items.

The Save as Web Page command creates a web page from the items in the
current calendar folder. If you want a particular set of items, they need to
be in their own folder.

A new profile and .pst file are definitely not necessary.

Yes this works. Thank you.
I already did it my way which is a bit harder (as I explained earlier) to
do. Since I did a copy, I had to manually delete everything in the second
calendar. I'm glad you showed my the correct way.

Thanks again.
