Outlook Window

This is probably a silly question, but it is an issue I could not see how to
fix in options. When I create a new message, or when Outlook is opened up
the window is maximized. When I reply to an email, the window opens up like
I have tiled it vertically with another window. I can click maximize, but
then next time I reply the same thing happens. Where is the setting to
adjust this annoying little issue?

Try adjusting the "tiled" window to your preferred size (not maximized), and
see if future reply messages retain that size.

I am having a similar problem. My email messages open full screen, but I
want them smaller by default.

I have tried re-sizing then closing and re-sizing then sending. It always
reverts back. Sometimes the sizes will stick for the day, but when I restart
my machine every morning, it reverts back to the full-screen size.

It's driving me mad! Any other suggestions?
