outlook will not transfer contacts to word (windows XP)

i have windows XP; I also have Microsoft office outlook. I have entered my
contacts through outlook, and now I'd like to be able to use these contacts
in Microsoft word. It does not make the transfer. Running a business is hard,
but when you have to keep grabbing address out of outlook; when I thought
they were to transfer over to word? I print out a lot of enevelopes daily,
and this is very time consuming, and I've read the other answers, but I've
done the things that were recommended. PLEASE help make my life easier!?!
 
Explain what you mean. Outlook's Contacts are always available to Word via a
mail merge, Word's Address Book, Word's Envelope and Label Wizard, and
Word's Insert Address function. What else were you looking for?
