Outlook will not shut down

Lois

XP workstation running Outlook 2000 SP3. No matter what
this program will not shut down. I have to kill the
process every time. I have patched and tweaked all I
know. No difference. Can anyone guide me to what I am
missing? Thanks.

You may have an old version of winfax installed. You may need to upgrade it. These articles might

This is a brand new box with XP Pro and has never had
Winfax installed on it.
