I have two administrative users with different ISP mail accounts using
Outlook 2000. The account for one user remembers the incoming and outgoing
password but when logged in as other user Outlook will not remember either
incoming or outgoing password and asks for it everytime mail is sent or
received despite checking the "remember password" box in both the dialog box
and on the "Tools" > "Accounts" > "Mail" > "Properties" > "Servers" tab.
After I set the password in the Tool's drop down and select "OK", when I open
it again it is blank, i.e/ there are no ******* in the password box as in the
other account that works. What can I do so Outlook will remember password
for both accounts? -- Frustrated in Portland
