Outlook will not save attachment.

Using Outlook 2003, I reveived a HTML file, wanted to save it in a floder in
My Documents. Outlook gives me an error, this doe NOT happen when I want to
save a jpg or doc attachment.

This is the error:
"Cannot sane the attachment. Can’t create file: FFR-Purchase Order.htm.
Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
properties on the shortcut menu to check permission for the folder."

I'm a administror there are no special permissions.

This is likely the problem (and solution):

This occurs when you open an attachment in Outlook and close the email
before closing the attachment. You end up with a cache that becomes full.
Empty the cache and your issue should resolve itself.
