I have Office 2000 Premium v.9.0 I am not able to run
Outlook. I get error message Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close (with technical data). I
have sent the error message to Microsoft several times
and they have not replied. I was running Windows 98 and I
could open it using my original CD and run the program.
Since I loaded Windows 2000 XP Profesional over Win 98 I
cannot open it with the CD and continue to get the error
message. I have reinstalled Office 2000 several times
and downloaded all updates and with no luck. I am now
using Outlook Express for e-mail but would rather use
Outlook.
If there is no solution other than purchasing a new
program, I would least like to be able to recover my
address book. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM?
