After saving an Outlook Calendar as a web page only 3 events per day are
visible. Is this a limitation or is there a workaround?

Thanks for the input.I have explored this third party utility site however
need to find a solution to this within the client if possible.

Basically what is happening is this: Any ALL Day events over three will not
populate within the Calendar saved as a web page. They are visible within the
appointment and details table however this is not accepteable as the full
visibility of the Outlook calendar is needed to reflect our scheduling.

All input is welcome and appreciated however third party software will not
be allowed in this corporate environment.

outlook's calendar has limited space - it can't be changed.

Are you allowed to use word templates in your corporate environment? One of
the solutions on the page Bill told you to look at is a template for Word
that Microsoft released. It works quite well and is very popular BTW - just
save the resulting file as HTML and upload it. you can even get fancy and
color some of the cells or add pictures. :)

I tried the Word templates, but then I loose the details table, and the
ability to scroll to future and past months. It just generates a staic page.

I don't agree with "limited space" argument. Yes - to make it fit nice, it
does have limited space, but it DOES fit nice with all my appointments when I
view teh calendar in month viwe within Outlook. I would just like to see
more than one appointment in a day in the web calendar. I only get one
appointment to show, I haven't tried multiple all day events in the same day.

I have manually edited the resulting HTML and added <BR>appoint
#2<BR>appoint #3<br> to the table cell -- and it fit, and it looked fine.
How could this be programed? Finding the right cell will be difficult. :(

Nice attempt at a workaround Joe,

Which html page did you have to edit to get this to work. I am still having
the issue with only 3 all day events showing in the table cells. There has to
be a 3rd party utility out there somewhere that can "fix" this bug. I have
tried editing font sizes , table sizes and have edited every item in the .css
in an attempt to identify the code that controls this. No success. I am
coming to the realization that the root of the problem is in the conversion
to html and a "bug" in Outlook.

Any help is welcome and appreciated.
