Outlook Web Access Problem

I'm unable to resolve a problem with my Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
I posted in IE 6 because I don't have this problem when using normal Outlook
on my machine. I only have the problem when trying to remotely access my work
email account using Outlook Web Access.

The problem is I can read email but cannot respond. When I try to reply or
forward a message the window of the message I was reading closes and no new
blank message with the address included opens. I have to copy the original
senders address into a new blank message to be able to reply.
Incidently I can't open a new question window at this forum but I can reply
to other posts at this site. I had to use another machine to make this post.

I have disabled pop-up blocking in my Google Tool bar and my Pop-up Stopper
program and have changed settings in IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
window to allow most things to take place - meaning no script blocking etc is
enabled. I also restored the default settings just in case I changed
something I shouldn't, but all this has had no effect.
I use Adaware and Spybot but I wasn't aware they could cause this problem
because I think they are only operating when I launch them to clear out junk.

I have done what's suggested in the tech help article at:
OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work with Outlook Express
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306098

I'm using Windows 2000 with all updates up to date and IE version 6.0.2 and
the Outlook Version is 5.5 SP4

Any help with this issue would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Gusto

I'm unable to resolve a problem with my Microsoft Outlook Web Access.I'm not
sure if this problem falls into the Outlook Express realm or plain Outlook
issue camp since it's the hybrid Web access I'm trying to do and I'm not sure
if that's considered Express or not.

Outlook Web Access is not a part of Outlook Express; it's technically part
of Exchange. You might have luck over in one of those newsgroups.

I'd say the most likely culprit is one of your popup blockers, especially
since you have multiple installed. What happens if you hold CTRL while
clicking reply? (Many popupblockers use CTRL as a bypass key).
