Can anyone tell me why some client machines (web browsers)
(ie5 or 6) cannot access OWA because of a continual
request for a username and password?

I have tried lowering the security level in the browser
and ensuring that all the SP's are on client and server.

Help would be much appreciated !

Many thanks

P.S I have got the correct password !

Can you tell us what version of Exchange and Outlook are involved?

Thanks Milly,

The Exchange version is Exchange 2000 (running in Small
Business Server) it has Exchange SP3 on it.

I am not sure if Outlook version is relevant as its OWA I
am having a problem with. But just in case its Outlook
2000 SR1.

Hope this helps.

I could realy use an answer on this one. Every time I get
someone who needs to use OWA, they seem to have this
problem.

Best regards
