Access Outlook Web Access - Disappearing emails

Hi,



I have a client using Outlook Web Access. She can connect to the exchange server and see her mailbox etc, no problems. However, incoming mail goes to her inbox and is there for only a few seconds. The emails disappear, and I don't know where they are going. I have logged on to her account and seen this for myself!

As a short term solution I have set up a rule to copy incoming emails to a folder, which is working for now.

Has anyone seen this before, or have any idea what settings to check.

The exchange server is running 2000 SP4. No one else is having this problem.

Are there any other rules set up on the system, or any anti-virus application running in the background? Those are the only 2 things I can think of that might cause this. :)

No rules apart from the one I set up. As for the anti virus I will have to check. How would thie cause a problem?
