What features in Outlook are not available in Outlook web
access? Is there a place I can find a list?

For example:
Can Outlook web access refresh and automatically get new
mail the Outlook can? Can I create folders in web access?
Can I change font size and fonts in web access?

What version of Exchange are you using? The answer depends very much on the
verison. Exchange 2003 provides an almost seamless access to OWA. 5.5 is a
whole lot kludgier.

The one thing that is a complete limitation of OWA is that if you are using
a .pst file with Exchange mailbox, you will be unable to access your .pst
file from OWA. It is a limitation of OWA across all versions.
