outlook vs. outlook express

what is the difference between these 2 products? what
criteria should be cosnidered when choosing which one to
implement if you have both? my current os platform is
windows me and and ms office 2000.

Outlook is a full-featured PIM (Personal Information Manager) and is a part
of the Microsoft Office suite. Outlook Express is the free mail and news
client that comes with Internet Explorer. For more detailed information on
