Outlook vs. Outlook Express

I have XP Professional on my Dell Laptop and Outlook
Express. Am I supposed to have Outlook (and not
express)? How do I upgrade to Outlook from Outlook
Express?
 
You buy it as part of an office package. Outlook express
comes with Internet Explorer which comes with all Windows
operating systems
