Hello. I have just recently started using Outlook and I like it so much that
I will not be going back to Outlook Express. I imported the mail folders
and messages from Outlook Express. Are there now two sets of these same
folders/messages on my PC? If so, how do I go about deleting the Outlook
Express ones? Thanks in advance for any help. Jim.

Hi Jim,

Yes the messages from OE will still be present on your machine.

In OE, click Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store folder to see the path to
the folder currently being used for your message store.

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Store Folder.

You can either choose to copy these files to a safe place for back up
reasons or delete these files from the original store location, they will be
re-created next time you open OE, but the folder contents will be empty.
