Outlook Video email Addin

Installed the addin with no problem on XP Professional with Office 2003. The
toolbar loads and I can create the video. When I click on the "Insert Video
to Email" button, I get a message telling me to "Please launch Microsoft
Outlook then try to use again". Doesn't make sense since Outlook is already
running. Tried closing and restarting Outlook, and re-booting after install.

Any help out there?
