Outlook utilizing 99% CPU

We have two PC's crashing due to High CPU Utilization from outlook.exe
The CPU raises to 99% within 15 seconds of executing outlook.

I've removed Outlook 2000 and re-installed with SP3
Scanned PST for errors - no errors found
Recreated Account

1 of the PC's is a Penitum III 600, With W2K SP4 and O2K SP3
the other PC is a Penitum 4 with W2K SP4 and O2k SP3

Can anyone suggest what might be cousing this.

Add-in have already been removed, Suspect that there could be rersidule
settings in the registry. Do you Know which section they would be in
