Outlook Tracking Reciepts

I use tracking reciepts int outlook to see if my emails are being reiceved
and or read by the people I send them to. I have one email that keeps
sending me a reciept saying that it was deleted with of be read by the
recipient. Is there a way to eliminate this reciept for this one email?

Sure, just UNcheck the box(es) in Options before you click Send.
