did you go to www.google.com as I suggested? That's where you do the

I think the poster's intention was to advise you that you can search these
newsgroups at Google -- specifically http://groups.google.com. If you did
so, you would find that your question has been answered several times a day
for weeks.

Actually, if you do an ordinary google search using the phrase "Cannot
customize Outlook Today" you get about 40,000 hits, the first one of which
is the KB article!

Great! Google Groups have made it easier for everyone to find answers. I'm
always using them to look up stuff I remember seeing a year or two ago.
