Outlook Today in Office 2003

Can anyone tell me how to change the small font in Outlook Today. Right now
everything in my outlook shows up large, but Outlook today everything
calendar, tasks, messages are just tiny. Any help would be appreciated.

The font size is not configurable. The fonts should be about the same size
as the fonts in the folder list.
