Outlook to Windows Mail

Hi, I recently got a new laptop with vista OS. Is there a way i can import
all/transfer my old outlook emails from old pc to new laptop vista OS?

If you mean Outlook, and not Outlook Express, some versions will
install under Vista, so you may want to tell us which version.

If you used Outlook Express on the old computer, see

If you were using Outlook on the old computer install it on the new
computer.
