We have a number of Contacts with multiple specialties. In an evolving
network-wide enterprise application, we need access to this contact
information, and have keyword searches available. Our user base, however,
including me, are comfortable with Outlook. I was wondering whether, on
opening our Access application, we could programmatically update the Access
Contacts table with a snapshot of the shared Contacts folder in Outlook.

Thanks for any input.

You would need to ask in Outlook or Access newsgroups, as this is not
related to FrontPage.

Strange, Tom. I'd have sworn I posted this to the Access Programming forum.

Thanks for the heads up.

Try using the export in outlook to a Access program.
File | Export opens a new window / wizard
Keep a backup incase you don't like what happens.

John,

Thanks for your response, however, I'm looking to do this programmatically
on Access startup.
