I have a 2003 Exchange server with Outlook 2002 clients. When I go to send
an E-Mail to someone internal I begin to type their name in the 'TO' field
and it auto fills correctly. It usually displays the persons name with the
description next to it. ex: John Doe; Administrative Assistant. That is all
correct until I hit the Tab key to move to the next line. It then appends
the "Administrative Assistant" text to the end of it. ex: John Doe;
Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant. The only part that is
underlined is the first "John Doe; Administrative Assistant". Now when I go
to send, it comes back as being undeliverable because the name is wrong. It
only does this for a hand full of employees. If I remove thier mail box
completely from the Exhchange server and type in Outlook again it still
autofills this entire text. It does this on other PC's too. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks in advance
