Outlook thinks remote calendar messages are SPAM

My wife and I run a home-based business and have each other's calendars in
Outlook. Updates from her calendar come to me by email (and vice-versa) and
Outlook generally automatically takes those emails and puts them in the
calendar.

For the past couple weeks, when I get one of her calendar updates it says
"SPAM" in the subject line and in the body says something like "open this
email to have your calendar updated". What's up with that? And why does it
say SPAM?
 
Sounds like you (or your ISP) have an anti-spam program running that can't distinguish legitimate appointments.

Actutally, after much harranging with RCN, they say it's Outlook that is
doing it. Of course, I think it's bull****, but what can I do now?

Sorry it took so long to respond, but I'm recovering from a brain injury so
my memory isn't what it used to be.


Sounds like you (or your ISP) have an anti-spam program running that can't

Outlook itself has no feature that stamps a message with the text "SPAM." Therefore, either you have a program on your computer doing that or your ISP is doing it.
