User wants to have a template appear in Draft folder
that when double click opens a new message window with
text that can be altered and a message header.
Once sent the user does not want the template to appear as
a sent message (which is what he has now -- he created the
template in Word and used File, Send to from word. Once
used however the user's item in the draft folder appears
with the sender's name as recipient).
He wants the oft to remain in draft to be reused. Maybe
he's stating its a template but its really a form. The
icon on the draft items list is diffent than a mail icon.
