Outlook - Tel Number Format

How can I turn off the auto format of tel number entries in outlook contact
cards?

I type +61402444444 for example and it changes to +61 402444444.

I don't want the space because when I sync with my Nokia it does not
recognise the caller.

Masking of phone numbers is hard coded and not subject to user
configuration.
