Outlook Team Calendar

What ever happened to the outlook team calendar feature?
It was a web page you could set as a home page for a new
Calendar object in your outllok client. Is that still
available? Where can I download it?

Also, is there a way to set that as a home for a public
folder on Exchange (posting on Exchage newsgroup)?
