Outlook Tasks: Item Status

I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP. I'm offered 5 potential status categories to
help be characterize my tasks Not Started, Waiting on someone else,
Completed, Deferred, and In Progress. I'd like to add a couple to this. I
thought perhaps that there might be a registry setting?
